We offer unparalleled expertise and support in sectors such as digital media, advertising, direct marketing and cross-channel media across the UK and Ireland, all supported by a full transport and distribution network.

Right from the start, you’ll be assisting with purchase ledger, processing invoices and supplier statement reconciliations. You’ll support our Management Accounts team with banking duties, balance sheet reconciliations, month end processes and also be involved in VAT and HMRC filings, as well as quickly picking up skills and understanding across a whole range of finance systems and processes.

What are we looking for?

Someone with good numeracy skills and attention to detail along with solid admin and organisational abilities. A sound knowledge of Excel is essential as is a professional telephone manner, a commercial mindset and the ability to work well in a team. You should be comfortable working under pressure and managing deadlines effectively.
