We are a leading publicly listed media group with a strong international presence and a growing portfolio across the Digital-out-of-home (DOOH) advertising industry. Having successfully established operations in several key global markets, we are now entering the UK as part of our international expansion plan. The UK office, based in London, will serve as the foundation of our business in Europe. As part of the founding team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our UK strategy, building partnerships with various sites such as supermarkets, pubs, cafés, residential buildings, etc., and driving sustainable growth for the company’s next phase of development.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly strategic and commercially driven Head of Partnership Development Director to lead our UK media business from the ground up. This senior leadership role combines market development, partnership building, and operational management in one of the world’s most dynamic advertising markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the creation and execution of annual business and media partnership development plans aligned with corporate strategy.
- Build and oversee the UK Media Division, managing resources, budgets, and overall performance.
- Identify and secure premium DOOH media locations across supermarkets, cafés, bars, shopping centres, and transportation hubs.
- Develop strong, long‑term relationships with key clients, landlords, and media partners.
- Define pricing structures and partnership terms for external media resources.
- Lead and motivate a growing team, setting clear objectives and incentive frameworks.
- Monitor project progress, analyse market trends, and adapt business strategies to ensure continuous growth.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment with global objectives.
About You
Education & Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher, with extensive experience in business development, commercial leasing, or partnership management within the retail, property, or media sectors.
Leadership: Proven senior management experience (General Manager level or above), with strong people leadership and decision‑making skills.
Commercial Acumen: Sharp market insight and a track record of developing large‑scale platform businesses or advertising networks.
Network: Well‑established connections within major supermarkets, bar chains, café groups, shopping centres, or transport venues (airport, metro, or rail).
Execution: Hands‑on, results‑oriented, and able to lead from the front to deliver tangible outcomes.
