Media Bath is a creative digital agency based in Bath, working with a diverse range of local and regional clients. We deliver professional social media management, photography, videography, and digital marketing that drives real engagement.

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Content Producer to join our growing team - someone who knows how to create, edit, and publish great social content that performs.

About the Role

You will take the lead on producing social media content for our clients - planning, capturing, editing and scheduling posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok. From shooting short videos on location to creating polished edits using CapCut and Canva, you will ensure every post looks sharp and feels authentic to the brand. You will also help shape strategy, analyse performance, and suggest creative ideas to enhance engagement and reach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and publish engaging social media content for multiple clients
  • Capture photos and video content during on-site visits
  • Edit short-form video and reels using CapCut or similar apps
  • Design graphics and templates in Canva
  • Write captions and hashtags aligned with brand tone and platform trends
  • Schedule posts through Meta Business Suite and other tools
  • Monitor performance and support ongoing content strategy
Requirements
  • Previous experience creating content for business or brand social media accounts (agency or in-house)
  • Confident in producing and editing short-form video content
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices
  • Skilled with tools such as CapCut, Canva and Meta Business Suite
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • A creative, proactive attitude with attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence required

You would be required to work in our Bath office at least three times per week.

Useful Information

Our usual office hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, however due to some of our client requirements, there may be times when you need to work in the evenings or at weekends to gather content. Some of our clients operate in the construction industry, so you must be comfortable to attend active building sites, wear appropriate PPE and gather content as required. Commission is available if you refer opportunities into the business. You will receive up to 28 days of holiday per year, inclusive of Bank Holidays, with additional time off over Christmas / New Year. You will have the opportunity to receive several employee benefits, including private health insurance after your probationary period, along with retention bonuses.
