The Designer transforms ideas into clear, purposeful executions, collaborating closely with creatives and strategists to produce thoughtful, innovative work across all mediums. You'll take ownership of projects, contribute to concept development, and use motion and animation to make designs feel dynamic. With adaptability, problem-solving, and clear communication, your work will engage audiences and make a meaningful impact globally.
Responsibilities
- Generate and develop design concepts from ideation through execution, bringing creative strategies to life with thoughtful, purpose-driven design.
- Collaborate closely with senior designers, art directors, and copywriters to craft impactful visuals that support brand and campaign objectives.
- Produce visually compelling work across digital, social, print, OOH, and TV, ensuring craft and clarity across every medium.
- Contribute ideas, iterate on designs based on feedback, and help translate direction into clear, actionable creative outcomes.
- Support the team by maintaining consistency across design systems and media, while communicating clearly throughout all stages of a project.
- Ensure all work reflects and strengthens brand identity through strong application of typography, color theory, composition, and layout to create meaningful, functional design solutions.
- Clearly articulate design concepts and rationale while creatively solving challenges and balancing aesthetics with functionality.
- Stay adaptable in responding to feedback, consistently delivering high-quality work while continuously growing skills and staying current with evolving design trends, tools, and best practices.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design and motion design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Bring the ability to develop strong design concepts and execute them across multiple media.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of typography, layout, and color to ensure polished, consistent work.
- Strong understanding of brand systems and guidelines to maintain cohesive design.
