MedHub is a luxury private healthcare clinic located in Newmarket, Suffolk, offering a wide range of medical services with a patient-first approach. We are CQC-registered and specialise in private dermatology, GP services, menopause health, minor surgery, and advanced health assessments. We offer phlebotomy services on site and have a minor surgery suite. Our multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals is dedicated to providing accessible, personalised healthcare in a calm and welcoming environment. We offer flexible appointment times, including evenings and weekends, with clear, upfront pricing and no hidden fees. We are recognised by several Private Health Insurance companies.
This is a contract role for a Consultant Dermatologist, located on-site at our Newmarket clinic. The Consultant Dermatologist will be on the GMC specialist register and responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of skin conditions, performing dermatological procedures, and providing cosmetic dermatology consultations. Day-to-day tasks will include patient consultations, developing treatment plans, conducting minor surgeries, and working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care for our patients. Fee share option or hourly rate to be agreed.
Qualifications:
- UK based, independently working Consultant Dermatologist on GMC Specialist register is non-negotiable.
- We cannot provide supervision for staff grades, foreign recruits or registrars.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Monthly or twice monthly clinics initially, building in frequency if desired.
- Ability to work on-site in Newmarket. This is an on-site role and candidates must live within 1 hour of the clinic.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and maintaining our friendly and professional culture within the clinic.
