Contract: Sub-contract for administration. £13.00 per hour. This is a contract, on-site role located in Newmarket for a Medical Secretary with Healthcode experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing appointment scheduling
- Handling patient correspondence and enquiries
- Maintaining accurate medical records
- Performing general clerical tasks
- Liaising with medical staff and Health Insurance Companies to ensure the smooth administration of patient services
Providing professional and empathetic support to patients is a key aspect of the role.
