This is a contract, on-site role located in Newmarket for a Medical Secretary with Healthcode experience.
Responsibilities include:- Managing appointment scheduling
- Handling patient correspondence and enquiries
- Maintaining accurate medical records
- Performing general clerical tasks
- Liaising with medical staff and Health Insurance Companies to ensure the smooth administration of patient services
- Providing professional and empathetic support to patients
- ESSENTIAL - Must be experienced with using Healthcode
- Strong skills in Appointment Scheduling and Clerical Tasks
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Medical Office procedures
- Proficiency in Typing and other relevant computer skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a healthcare or medical setting is an advantage
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in patient interactions
