The Role You will be delivering clinical care to children and young people with complex medical needs in the community. This role requires clinical confidence, excellent assessment skills, and a calm, family-centred approach. Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans. Manage and monitor complex clinical interventions such as: Tracheostomy care and suctioning Ventilation support (invasive and non-invasive) Enteral feeding (PEG/NG) Oxygen therapy Seizure management Medication administration (including emergency medication) Monitor and document vital signs and clinical observations.
