MedGen Healthcare is seeking highly skilled, compassionate Complex Care Nurses to deliver advanced, high-quality clinical support to individuals with significant and long-term health needs within the community. This role focuses on supporting patients with high-acuity, complex conditions to remain safely in their own homes. You will play a critical role in delivering specialist interventions, promoting clinical stability, and enhancing quality of life through expert, person-centred care.
The Role
As an RGN specialising in complex homecare, you will deliver advanced nursing interventions and take responsibility for the ongoing clinical assessment and management of patients with multifaceted healthcare needs.
You will:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care within the patients' home environment.
- Independently manage and deliver complex clinical interventions, including but not limited to:
- Tracheostomy care, suctioning, and airway management
- Ventilation support (invasive and non-invasive)
- Enteral feeding (PEG, PEJ, NG) and nutritional management
- Complex catheterisation and bowel care
- Advanced wound care and pressure ulcer management
