MedGen Healthcare is looking for caring and reliable Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to deliver high-quality nursing care within the community. This role involves supporting patients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing. The Role
- As an RGN, you will provide safe and effective nursing care in line with individual care plans and professional standards.
- Deliver person-centred nursing care in patients' homes.
- Monitor and record vital signs and general health observations.
- Administer medication as required.
- Support with general nursing tasks such as wound care and basic clinical procedures.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records.
Requirements
- Active NMC Pin (RGN).
- Minimum 6 months UK nursing experience.
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
- Basic Life Support and Manual Handling training.
- Driving licence (preferred).
