MedGen Healthcare is currently seeking skilled, compassionate Paediatric Nurses or RGNs with paediatric experience to provide high-quality, home-based care for children and young adults with complex health needs. The Role
You will be delivering clinical care to children and young people with complex medical needs in the community. This role requires clinical confidence, excellent assessment skills, and a calm, family-centred approach.
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans.
- Manage and monitor complex clinical interventions such as:
- Tracheostomy care and suctioning
- Ventilation support (invasive and non-invasive)
- Enteral feeding (PEG/NG)
- Oxygen therapy
- Seizure management
- Medication administration (including emergency medication)
