MedGen Healthcare is looking for caring and reliable Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to deliver high-quality nursing care within the community. This role involves supporting patients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing. If you are a compassionate registered nurse who enjoys providing person-centred care, this is a great opportunity to join a supportive and well-established provider.
The Role
- Deliver person-centred nursing care in patients’ homes
- Monitor and record vital signs and general health observations
- Administer medication as required
- Support with general nursing tasks such as wound care and basic clinical procedures
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records
Requirements
- Active NMC Pin (RGN)
- Minimum 6 months UK registered nursing experience
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Basic Life Support and Manual Handling training
- Driving licence (preferred but not essential)
