MedGen Healthcare is currently seeking skilled, compassionate Paediatric Nurses or RGNs with paediatric experience to provide high-quality, home-based care for children and young adults with complex health needs. The Role
- You will be delivering clinical care to children and young people with complex medical needs in the community.
- This role requires clinical confidence, excellent assessment skills, and a calm, family-centred approach.
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans.
- Manage and monitor complex clinical interventions such as:
- Tracheostomy care and suctioning
- Ventilation support (invasive and non-invasive)
- Enteral feeding (PEG/NG)
- Oxygen therapy
- Seizure management
- Medication administration (including emergency medication)
Requirements
- Active NMC pin
- Minimum 6 months experience in this role and 3 years UK healthcare experience
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Practical Manual Handling & Basic Life Support certification
- Drivers License (preferred but not essential)
What We Offer
- Competitive Pay Rates: £45.00 - £52.00 per hour
- Mileage Reimbursement: 20p per mile (up to 100 miles)
