We are seeking skilled Registered Mental Health Nurses to deliver high-quality, person-centred mental health care, working collaboratively with service users, carers, GPs, social work, and third-sector partners. You will play a key role in assessment, care coordination, crisis intervention, and ongoing support for adults with a range of mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding nursing care
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Provide support, education, and reassurance to families and carers
- Monitor and assess patient progress, responding to changes promptly
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records
- Support in the community
- Maintain active engagement
- Minimum 6 months experience
- Registered with the NMC
- PMVA Trained
- Based in Scotland
- A valid driving license with access to your own car (Preferred)
