What You’ll Be Doing:
- Administering medication
- Supporting individuals with complex health needs
- Monitoring health observations
- Managing mental health clients and other complex needs
- Providing reassurance, dignity, and emotional support every step of the way
To be successful, you’ll need:
- A Care Certificate or NVQ in Health & Social Care
- At least 1 year of healthcare assistant experience in the UK
- A valid PMVA certificate (or willing to obtain this)
- Experience with:
- Mental Health
- Complex care
- Medication administration
- Safeguarding Level 2 or 3
- A DBS registered on the Update Service
- Valid Manual Handling & Basic Life Support training
