MedGen Healthcare is currently seeking skilled, compassionate Registered General Nurses (RGN) to provide high-quality, home-based care to individuals with complex health needs within the community.
This role involves delivering nursing care to patients with a range of complex medical conditions, supporting them to remain safely in their own homes while maintaining dignity, independence, and quality of life.

As an RGN working in complex homecare, you will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and responsive nursing care in line with individual care plans and NMC standards.
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care within the patient's home.
- Tracheostomy care and suctioning.
- Catheter care.
- Stoma care.
- Medication administration (including IV therapy where required).
- Oxygen therapy.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with CQC and NMC standards.
Requirements:
- Active NMC Pin (RGN).
- Minimum 6 months experience in this role and 3 years UK healthcare experience.
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
- Practical Manual Handling & Basic Life Support certification.
Competitive Pay Rates: £36.00 - £43.00 per hour.
Length of Service Awards & Employee of the Month.
