What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for kind, capable people who bring experience, empathy, and a calm approach to complex situations. If you’ve worked in care before—especially within the NHS or community settings—you’ll feel right at home with us.
To be successful, you’ll need:
- A Care Certificate or NVQ in Health & Social Care
- At least 1 year of care experience
- Tracheostomy care including suctioning and invasive ventilation
- Medication administration via gastrostomy
- Jejunostomy care and feeding
- Oxygen administration
- Epilepsy management
- Medication administration
- A Full UK driving licence
- Safeguarding Level 2 or 3
- A DBS registered on the Update Service
- Valid Manual Handling & Basic Life Support training
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Jejunostomy care
- Tracheostomy care and suctioning
- Monitoring health observations
- Managing complex needs
- Providing reassurance, dignity, and emotional support every step of the way
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday days (9am-5pm)
- Monday to Sunday nights (8pm-8am)
