We’re searching for an ambitious, consultative individual that holds aspirations to build relationships with some of the world’s top executive leaders, a rare opportunity in Venture Capital and Private Equity Med-Tech markets that land some of the biggest deals within global Executive Search.
The role is focused on developing relationships with investment companies and their Boards to hire C-suite leaders within portfolio companies to support them in building future leaders of medical and healthcare technology.
You will need to:
Build Trust & Credibility
- Establish long-term relationships with C-Suite leaders demonstrating deep industry expertise, integrity, and a commitment to mutual success. High-value deals are built on trust, not just transactions.
Find and Network with the worlds most talented C-Suite Leaders
- Interviewing and assessing a wide range of executives and to understand ‘talent’. At Medexec we strive to work with the leading executives to ensure that our clients only hire leading exec’s.
Understand Client Needs & Objectives
- Engage in meaningful conversations to uncover the core challenges, goals, and aspirations of stakeholders. Tailor solutions that align with their strategic vision.
