We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Medical Administrator to support our healthcare team in providing exceptional care and services to our patients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing administrative duties, streamlining operations, and ensuring a smooth workflow in a busy medical environment. As a Medical Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining patient records, scheduling appointments, managing billing and insurance claims, and facilitating effective communication between patients and medical professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Scheduling & Coordination: Effectively manage patient appointments, ensuring the timely and accurate scheduling of medical visits.
- Medical Records Management: Maintain and update accurate, confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Billing & Insurance: Process medical billing, insurance claims, and payments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between patients and healthcare providers, answering inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
- Compliance & Confidentiality: Ensure adherence to HIPAA guidelines and other regulatory requirements to maintain patient confidentiality and data security.

Qualifications:
