About the role

As the Recruitment and HR Officer for Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd you will be pivotal in assisting with all general Recruitment and HR Administrative duties.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • New starters/leavers processing
  • Management of DBS applications for staff
  • Full understanding HR/Payroll/Recruitment System e.g. IRIS CASCADE, REACH ATS (Full training will be provided)
  • HR and recruitment Administration/Support
  • Staff queries relevant to HR/Payroll/Recruitment
  • Temporary staff management
  • Advert posting and renewals
  • Working with Indeed, LinkedIn and other recruitment/advertising platforms
