About the role As the Warehouse Operative for Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd you will be pivotal in maintaining and enhancing the success of your depot. You will do this by ensuring that all tasks are undertaken and completed to the highest of standards, enabling the depot to deliver the highest possible service to our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Loading and unloading our delivery vehicles in a safe and compliant manner.
  • Ensuring that ‘goods in and out’ are accounted for utilising the barcode system scanners.
  • Pick and quality assure that day’s delivery workload.
  • Delivering service with empathy and care.
  • Working well independently and as part of a team.
  • Carrying out PAT testing and LOLER checking.
  • Sometimes will be required to carry out general repair tasks within your depot.

Qualifications and experience required:

  • Ideally some experience in a warehouse operative role is desirable.
  • Be flexible with working days/hours to suit the needs of the business.
  • Participate in an emergency on-call rota.
