About the role: As the Cleaning Team Leader for Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd you will provide the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene within the depot and warehouse. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Have a full knowledge of all areas and products which are to be cleaned.
  • Ensure all areas and products are cleaned efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Participate in monthly stocktakes, perpetual inventory stocktakes, and full quarterly stock takes.
  • Have full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and agents.
  • Ensure that all paperwork, storage, and stock counting are completed.
  • Follow the company's guidelines for dealing with scrap equipment disposal and follow the health and safety guidelines regarding the control of hazardous substances.
  • Ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance and general cleanliness to comply with statutory and Company regulations.
  • Manage levels of cleaning material stock.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment is kept clean & maintained in safe working order.

Qualifications and experience required:

  • Experience in a team leader or managerial role.
  • Ideally experience in a similar industry.
