About the role: As the Driver Technician for Medequip Assistive Technologies, you will be delivering and installing health-related products. This is not just a delivery and installation role; you will be pivotal in providing life-enhancing equipment, a second-to-none customer service experience and assurance that Medequip are a trusted and reliable organisation. This role will require you to work flexibly to suit the needs of the business as well as being able to participate in an emergency on-call rota.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Driving to customers' homes, acting in a respectful, polite and approachable manner
- Delivering, collecting, installing and repairing healthcare equipment
- Demonstrating the use and functionality of the equipment to our customers
- Delivering exceptional customer-facing service with care, empathy, integrity and kindness
- Basic DIY tasks
- Be flexible with working days/hours to suit the needs of the business
- Participate in an emergency on-call rota
- Enhancing the lives of our customers by providing medical and care equipment and a first-class service with every home visit

Qualifications and experience required:
- You must have a full UK driving licence (minimum of 3 years)
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Must have good communication skills
- Be flexible with working days/hours to suit the needs of the business and participate in an emergency on-call rota
