About the role
Are you passionate about helping others? Do you have experience in a caring or community role? We’re looking for compassionate and committed individuals to join our team as Mobile Emergency Responders—supporting vulnerable people to stay safe, confident, and independent in their own homes.
- Respond promptly, in line with TSA regulations to emergency alarm calls, assessing individual needs and delivering appropriate support
- Install and maintain TEC equipment, showing users and families how to use it confidently
- Promote our services within local communities, helping more people access vital support
About you
- A caring, responsible nature and a genuine desire to help people
- High Peak based and able to visit any of the High Peak Area within 45 minutes
- Experience in a carer, support, or community role is highly desirable
- A full UK driving licence and access to a suitably insured vehicle
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts (days and nights), 4 on 4 off, 1 shift days - next shift nights, as part of a supportive team
