Join Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd, the UK’s leading provider of community medical equipment services. As a Specials Coordinator, you’ll manage, quality‑check and support the reuse of non‑standard (specials) equipment, ensuring efficient processes and high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery, repair, cataloguing and quality control of special equipment
- Liaise with prescribers, OTs, suppliers and internal teams
- Check new specials and ensure all components are present
- Photograph and upload non‑stock items to the online catalogue
- Manage recycled specials, ensuring they meet standards for reissue
- Support occasional deliveries, collections and site visits
- Maintain stock accuracy and safe disposal processes
- Uphold high warehouse housekeeping standards
