Are you a passionate English teacher or experienced primary school teacher eager to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team at Meden School, specifically dedicated to supporting our most vulnerable students who are not yet secondary ready in terms of their reading.
We are looking for a passionate and proactive individual to support our struggling readers at Meden by delivering bespoke intervention through our Thinking Reading Program. In this unique role, you will work with students who are reading three or more years below their chronological age. Your expertise will be invaluable as you collaborate closely with our English team to provide targeted interventions for our most struggling readers.
The post would be ideally suited to applicants who feel a sense of responsibility for today’s young people. Previous experience delivering Thinking Reading intervention would be an advantage, but full training will be provided. Full induction training and support will be given to the successful applicant.
