We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team at Meden School, specifically dedicated to supporting the Head Teacher in strategically leading the school and to help develop a culture of high aspirations and excellence for all.
As Deputy Head Teacher, you will have a strategic responsibility for a variety of areas, which include attendance, behaviour, inclusion, safeguarding, admissions and parental engagement. As part of this role, you will line manage other Senior Leaders, the Designated Safeguarding Leads, the Attendance and the Engagement Team for the responsibility areas identified above.
The Nova Education Trust is a cross-phase Multi-Academy Trust based in Nottinghamshire. The schools in our portfolio include both secondary and primaries, working in a range of contexts. Our track record demonstrates our ability to deliver our core goal, achievement for every child.
The closing date for this role is Monday 20th April 2026 at 9am.
