The Patient Care Team (PCT) is the largest single team within Medefer and are at the forefront of the organisation. The team ensures that all patients are taken care of from the start to finish, during and even after their time with Medefer. From ensuring the initial review by our clinicians is on time, to investigations requested being sent to the appropriate provider, to chasing results, tracking down exceptions, reminding patients to do their tests, and uploading results to our platform, the PCT do everything in their power to manage any road bumps in our patients’ care. Their dedication and attention ensures that any concerns are reported and resolved as soon as possible.
