Medefer is hiring a Clinical Pharmacist for a 12-month fixed-term contract (part-time, 21 hours per week) with remote working in the UK.

You will report to the Lead Pharmacist and ensure safe medicines management across NHS and private patients.

You will review prescribing, counsel patients by telephone, and issue prescriptions using remote software, collaborating with consultants, GPs and patients within ICB formularies.
