Position Trusts and Foundations Assistant – responsible for managing a portfolio of 100–150 Trusts and Foundations, cultivating relationships, ensuring stewardship, and delivering stable and increased income for MSF’s work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Curate exemplary stewardship journeys for donors.
- Develop proactive communication plans, segment the portfolio and provide regular updates.
- Respond to donor inquiries and provide reactive stewardship.
- Maintain effective administrative systems, share data and reports.
- Collaborate closely with UK and overseas colleagues.
- Travel within the UK as required.
Qualifications
- Experience in fundraising, relationship management, customer service or sales.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Independent working ability within a hybrid team environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Yammer.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Attention to detail, organisational and prioritising skills.
- Commitment to MSF values and international humanitarian work.
- Willingness to travel within the UK.
