Responsible for managing a portfolio of 100–150 Trusts and Foundations, cultivating relationships, ensuring stewardship, and delivering stable and increased income for MSF’s work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Curate exemplary stewardship journeys for donors.
  • Develop proactive communication plans, segment the portfolio and provide regular updates.
  • Respond to donor inquiries and provide reactive stewardship.
  • Maintain effective administrative systems, share data and reports.
  • Collaborate closely with UK and overseas colleagues.
  • Travel within the UK as required.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in fundraising, relationship management, customer service or sales.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Independent working ability within a hybrid team environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Yammer.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Attention to detail, organisational and prioritising skills.
  • Commitment to MSF values and international humanitarian work.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK.
