Job Purpose:

The Face-to-Face Private Sites Manager manages the performance, development and day-to-day delivery of MSF UK’s Face-to-Face (F2F) programme across Private Sites, ensuring all activity is delivered to a high standard and in line with programme expectations. The postholder has responsibility in their substantive role for coaching and development of the Private Sites team. During this role, the postholder will take on additional responsibility for line management, team performance, and operational delivery standards across Private Sites. This includes monitoring and managing individual and team performance, conducting reviews, implementing performance improvement plans, and ensuring consistent delivery against agreed targets and quality standards.

The role manages the delivery of inductions and ongoing training for new and existing fundraisers, ensuring that all team members are effectively onboarded and supported to succeed. It also requires a strong on-site presence (typically a minimum of three days per week) to provide direct support, oversee delivery, and ensure that fundraising standards, conduct, safety and safeguarding, and ways of working are consistently applied.

Reporting to the Face-to-Face Programme Lead and working closely with key stakeholders, the role supports the ongoing development of the F2F programme by identifying performance trends, addressing capability gaps, and driving continuous improvement in training, coaching, and delivery. Budget ownership, site bookings, and supplier management are not core responsibilities of this role, but close collaboration with relevant roles is required to ensure effective programme delivery.
