We are seeking an experienced NICU Nurse to join a dedicated neonatal team providing specialist care to premature and critically ill newborns. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering high-quality family-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to neonates in intensive and high-dependency settings
- Monitor vital signs, ventilators, infusions, and specialist neonatal equipment
- Support parents and families with compassion and clear communication
- Work collaboratively with neonatologists, paediatricians, and the wider MDT
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safeguarding standards

Requirements
- NMC Registered Nurse (Child or Adult with neonatal experience)
- Minimum 6–12 months NICU experience (Level 2 or Level 3)
- Competent in neonatal resuscitation and intensive care procedures

- Right to work in the UK
