We are seeking an experienced NICU Nurse to join a dedicated neonatal team providing specialist care to premature and critically ill newborns. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering high-quality family-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to neonates in intensive and high-dependency settings
  • Monitor vital signs, ventilators, infusions, and specialist neonatal equipment
  • Support parents and families with compassion and clear communication
  • Work collaboratively with neonatologists, paediatricians, and the wider MDT
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safeguarding standards
  • Participate in audits, training, and continuous professional development

Requirements

  • NMC Registered Nurse (Child or Adult with neonatal experience)
  • Minimum 6–12 months NICU experience (Level 2 or Level 3)
  • Competent in neonatal resuscitation and intensive care procedures
  • Strong clinical judgement and ability to work under pressure
  • Right to work in the UK
