We are currently looking for a Talent Manager to join our Manchester-based team. If you are passionate about social media and love building genuine connections, this could be the perfect role for you!
Responsibilities:
- Manage content creators’ partnerships across social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
- Achieve revenue targets for each content creator
- Communicate and liaise with content creators to support their needs
- Handle emails and correspondence on behalf of content creators
- Identify and reach out to potential new brand partners for collaborations
- Provide weekly updates to content creators on the status of ongoing deals
- Maintain and update spreadsheets regularly to track earnings and performance
- Review contracts on behalf of content creators
Experience:
- Strong knowledge of the influencer and digital creator landscape
- Previous experience working with content creators, talent management, or within social media marketing is a bonus
- Understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines
About the Role:
- Starting salary from £24,000 per year
- Performance-based bonuses and commissions
