The predicted salary is between 37900 - 44962 £ per year.
Due to retirement, we are seeking a GP to join our friendly, well‑established dispensing practice for 4-6 sessions per week from April 2027. We would ideally welcome a GP interested in partnership, although applications for a salaried position are also encouraged.
Meddygfa Star Surgery is a small, single‑site practice with low home‑visit rates, providing high‑quality primary care to our local community. Our size allows us to offer excellent continuity of care, build strong relationships with patients, and maintain a supportive team environment where communication is straightforward and clinicians have the time and autonomy to practise good medicine.
We are looking for a motivated, patient‑centred GP who is confident managing a broad range of acute and chronic conditions and who values continuity, teamwork and sustainable ways of working. Opportunities to develop special interests including medical students, dermatology and Minor Surgery.
Our multidisciplinary team includes GPs, a Practice Nurse, Pharmacist, Occupational Therapist, Audiologist, Phlebotomist and experienced administrative staff. We also host final‑year medical students from Cardiff University.
The successful candidate will play an important role in delivering excellent clinical care, contributing to service development and helping shape the future of the practice.
