We are looking for
We\’re hiring a Tech Lead (AI/ML) to architect and deliver cutting-edge AI features using AWS Bedrock and the latest in LLM, MLOps, and cloud-native tooling. This is more than just a leadership role—it’s a chance to shape the future of our AI capabilities and build systems that power real product impact at scale.
How we will measure success
We’re hiring for impact. This isn’t a role for someone who just wants to “create features” – it’s for someone who wants to move the needle. You’ll be measured on the core growth metrics that matter most to us, including:
- % Completion of milestones – 90% of planned milestones hit by Q4 2025.
- Model Performance Metrics – ≥ 90% precision and recall on production data.
- Adoption rate – 60% of active users engage within 1 month of release
- Latency & Scalability – <500ms>
What you\’ll do
- Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML solutions using AWS Bedrock and related AI services
- Architect scalable, secure, and cost-optimized ML pipelines — from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring
- Make strategic decisions on model selection, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and optimization
- Establish best practices for AI development workflows, including testing, deployment, and performance monitoring
- Integrate AWS AI services such as SageMaker, Comprehend, Textract, Rekognition, and Transcribe into product features
- Implement robust MLOps practices, including model versioning, CI/CD, and monitoring
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards are met across all AI systems
- Mentor ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a high-performance and learning-oriented culture
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align AI development with business priorities
- Define and maintain roadmaps for AI capability growth and technical debt management
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development
- 2+ years of experience using AWS Bedrock and AWS AI services in production
- Deep experience with Python and modern ML libraries (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
- Familiarity with AWS tools: SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions, S3, and CloudFormation/CDK
- Practical knowledge of LLMs, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Strong foundation in MLOps best practices — automated pipelines, model serving, monitoring
- Proven leadership experience managing AI/ML teams and delivering production-grade systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working within Agile development frameworks
Nice to haves
- Familiarity with vector databases and embedding-based search (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
- Understanding of AI safety, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices
- Experience with multi-modal AI applications (text, image, voice)
- Background in industry-specific AI applications (e.g., fintech, healthtech, edtech)
- Experience optimizing costs in large-scale AI workloads on AWS
