At MEDDICC, we’re looking for an ambitious, hands-on Production Assistant to support our in-house media team with studio production, on-set running, project coordination and creative prep. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get stuck in, learn on the job, and grow in a fast-paced creative environment.
You’ll support shoot days in our Cambridgeshire (Wisbech) studio, help coordinate projects in Asana, prep kit, set dress, and keep the engine of production running smoothly. You’ll work closely with our in-house producers, editors and creatives, and be a key part of the most energetic and fast-growing team at MEDDICC. This role is on-site and requires the candidate to be based locally to our Wisbech studio.

What you’ll do
- Support on shoot days as a runner and studio assistant
- Prep equipment and set dressing before and during production
- Help manage and track projects, tasks and subtasks using Asana
- Liaise with producers and editors to keep workflows running smoothly
- Work with the wider Media team to support campaign delivery
Qualifications
- You’re based near our Cambridgeshire (Wisbech) studio and can work on-site regularly
- You’re curious about kit, lighting, and how productions are run
- You’re organised and love getting things done
- You’re willing to roll your sleeves up and be the first one to ask, “How can I help?”
- You have an interest in creative work whether that’s media, video, or design
- You’re open to learning fast and growing with a scaling team
- Experience of being on-set within a studio environment
- Experience with a production management system preferably Asana but training will be provided
- Strong collaborator who moves fast, communicates clearly, and has a bias for impact
