We are the undisputed authority in our industry with thousands of users. The B2C unit is tracking toward ~$1.1M revenue next year and needs a dedicated leader and a refined funnel. We are looking for a General Manager / Head of Consumer Growth to take full ownership of this P&L. You are here to build a startup inside a winning machine, not just run campaigns.
YOUR MISSION
Your job is to take the B2C revenue from $1.1M to $10M+. You will build a high-velocity engine that:
- Captures the massive organic traffic our Media team generates.
- Converts individuals into Members through world-class positioning and funnels.
- Bridges the gap, turning individual users into our biggest B2B champions.

YOUR CV:
- 5+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or GM-style roles (start-up / scale up preferred).
- We prioritize trajectory and scope expansion over tenure; your CV should make that obvious.
- Hands-on B2C / D2C experience where you owned outcomes (revenue, conversion, retention).
- Nice to have: PLG experience and experience with digital products, like Software/SaaS, Subscriptions, Memberships, paid Content, financial products.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Own the P&L: Set the strategy, manage the budget, and report on the "Consumer Unit" profitability.
- Fix the Funnel: Reimagine the customer journey from "Who are you?" to "Here is my credit card."
- Experiment Relentlessly: Build a testing culture. A/B test pricing, landing pages, and email sequences.
- Position for Velocity: Crack the code on getting individual reps to expense the Membership to their companies (B2B2C).
