About The Role
Weâre looking for an Account Executive who will build partnerships with the worldâs most innovative tech Goâtoâmarket teams. This is not just another jobâthis is an opportunity to shape the future of GTM execution with a gameâchanging proposition.
What Youâll Do
- Ensure an excellent prospect experience embodying MEDDPICC â âBeing the Demoâ
- Consistently execute PG activity, ensuring a qualified pipeline from both an inbound and outbound perspective
- Contribute to the continuous leveling up for both our internal CSTMR team and our customers
- Collaborate with enablement colleagues to ensure customers are getting the most value out of their MEDDICC Membership
- Be the âvoice of the prospect/customerâ and provide feedback into the organization, helping prioritize initiatives internally
- Raise the bar within our winning culture through crossâfunctional collaboration
- Define and execute quarterly plans to (over)achieve revenue goals
- Be a stakeholder in the utilization and feedback flow, informing the development of our enablement products, such as:
- mOS (MEDDICC Operating System), our SaaS platform
- EaaS (Enablement as a Service), our enablement product
- MEDDICC Measure, our customer performance tool, including the MEDDICC Maturity Model
Qualifications
- You thrive on rolling your sleeves up and collaborating with your team and customers to create innovative methods to solve challenges and meet goals.
- You are a nerd for sales, our industry, and the value MEDDPICC can bring to organizations to unlock their GTM potential.
- You are a selfâstarter who takes initiative, thrives in a remote setting, and makes things happen.
- You have 6+ years in salesâpotentially starting as an SDR, evolving into a closing role, and recently working on larger, more complex customer requirements.
- You bring natural authenticity and gravitas, confidently engaging and guiding Câlevel executives, VPs, directors, and managers alike.
