We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Medical Writer to join our team, with a strong emphasis on evidence utilisation through systematic literature reviews (SLRs), targeted literature reviews (TLRs), and other structured datasets. The ideal candidate will bring rigour to data collection and interpretation, paired with a curiosity for how data can be communicated most effectively to support decision-making and engagement.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about transforming complex data into clear, compelling narratives — someone who can uncover the story within the data and present it in a way that resonates with diverse audiences.
Essential experience and skills- Evidence synthesis and literature reviews: Proven experience conducting systematic and targeted literature reviews (SLRs, TLRs, and others); Strong capability in designing and managing structured data extraction frameworks for publications; Well-versed in PRISMA and Good Publication Practice standards; Working knowledge of referencing software (e.g., EndNote or Mendeley).
- Data handling and process leadership: Experienced in driving methodological consistency across medical writing teams to ensure alignment and quality; Skilled in training, mentoring, and guiding others to maintain high standards and adhere to established processes.
- Data communication and storytelling: Ability to distil complex, multi-dimensional datasets into clear, audience-ready outputs; Expertise in translating data into impactful visual and digital formats, including infographics and interactive displays, to enhance accessibility and engagement; Experience developing data-driven materials for effective communication, particularly for MSLs and HCPs.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborative experience working across data, digital, and design teams to deliver integrated solutions; Experience in guiding clients on appropriate methods of data communication, resulting in clear understanding from the customer's perspective.

- Collaborative and process-oriented; Reliable contributor to review database development, supporting consistency and accuracy in collaboration with writing and data teams; Strong understanding of the regulatory and compliance elements of medical communications (ABPI, GDPR, Copyright).
