Bilingual Medical Administrative Assistant Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years in a medical office setting preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is required; proficient in reading, writing, and comprehending English
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and TEAMS
- Independently manages daily referrals/intakes in EMR, gathers required information, and maintains accurate records
- Front desk duties including managing lobby, phones, scheduling, and regular caregiver communication
- Coordinates weekly referral reporting with HR/Business Development
- Supports administrative tasks, applicant interviews, and promotes positive relationships with clients, caregivers, and coworkers
