We are recruiting dedicated, reliable and clinically experienced Nurses to provide outstanding standards of care to residents across Barham and Baylham.

With flexible day, night and weekend shifts, you can choose opportunities that work around your availability while earning competitive rates of pay.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, person-centred and compassionate nursing care.
  • Assess, monitor and respond appropriately to residents' clinical needs.
  • Administer and manage medication safely and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records.
  • Work collaboratively with care staff and other healthcare professionals.
  • Recognise and escalate changes in residents' health and wellbeing.
  • Follow safeguarding, infection prevention and clinical procedures.
  • Maintain excellent professional and clinical standards.

Essential Requirements

  • MUST be currently registered with the NMC.
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant nursing experience.
  • Must already have the right to work in the UK.
  • We DO NOT offer Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) sponsorship.
  • Candidates should only apply if they meet the right-to-work and experience requirements.
  • Experience in medication management.
  • Up-to-date mandatory training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and person-centred approach.
  • Ability to work day, night and weekend shifts.
  • Commitment to providing safe, high-quality resident care.
