Your Responsibilities
- Providing clinical support to theatre staff (clinical and non‑clinical) within the assigned geographical area.
- Maintaining and developing accounts within the territory across an upper limb & foot & ankle extremity fixation portfolio.
- Supporting the Area Sales Manager in delivering the business plan through effective relationships with hospital personnel.
- Developing business objectives together with the Area Sales Manager and Regional Business Manager to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
- Managing stakeholder relationships proactively within target hospitals in consultation with the Area Sales Manager.
- Ensuring accurate stock maintenance and providing timely support to internal and external customers.
- Resolving customer service issues promptly and effectively.
- Being available in an on‑call capacity as required by account needs.
- Delivering clinical education and training on all Medartis products through in‑servicing, workshops, and in‑theatre training sessions.
Your Qualifications
- Familiarity with the hospital theatre environment would be desired.
- Ideally a background as a theatre nurse in orthopaedics or as a physiotherapist / similar clinical role.
- Education in life sciences or nursing would be preferred.
- Relevant industry knowledge.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver critical clinical information clearly in high‑pressure environments.
