Your Responsibilities
- Responsibility for achieving territory sales targets and driving growth across the orthopaedic market
- Establishing strong relationships with allocated and identified accounts and maintaining and developing key opinion leaders
- Developing new accounts within the territory across orthopaedic trauma and elective foot surgery
- Developing key opinion leaders within the territory
- Building knowledge of the non‑clinical customer base, particularly within procurement
- Attending local and national courses and congresses, and occasionally international events
Your Qualifications
- Experience in sales, ideally within the orthopaedic market
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets with a strong focus on return on investment
- Detailed knowledge of the NHS and private sector as well as the orthopaedic market
- Strong IT literacy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for both individuals and groups
- Ability to interpret and analyse account data with a focus on commercial impact
- A positive, enthusiastic, results‑driven and self‑motivated mindset
