Are you a driven, analytical professional with NHS experience looking for an exciting new opportunity? Medartis is offering a compelling position as Contract Manager - UK.
Your responsibilities:
- Coordination and management of tender responses and submissions for framework bid requests
- Managing the contract lifecycle from initial request through execution, mid-term usage reviews, renewal and expiry
- Maintain accurate contract records
- Price management in SAP
- Framework activity management in line with our commercial offering/pricing structure ensuring all the business objectives are being met
- Providing the sales team with contract management and pricing reviews in relation to associated sales against their accounts
- Collaborate with Finance and Customer Service team on pricing, terms and contract conditions
- Maintenance of commercial CRM platform
Your qualifications:
- Experience working with public orthopaedic frameworks (NHS/TOS)
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and analytical
- Strong computer literacy, including solid working knowledge of MS Office; advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, reporting)
- Capable of producing commercial analyses for both internal and external stakeholders
- Able to work effectively to deadlines
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
