Are you a driven and results-oriented sales professional with a passion for orthopaedics? Do you thrive on building strong relationships and achieving ambitious targets? Medartis UK North is looking for an Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.
Your responsibilities:
- To be fully responsible for the achievement of the territory sales targets and growth across the orthopaedic market.
- To establish strong relationships within allocated and identified accounts maintaining and developing key opinion leaders.
- To develop new accounts within the territory across Orthopaedic trauma and elective foot surgery.
- To develop key opinion leaders within the territory.
- To develop knowledge of the non-clinical customer base, particularly within procurement.
- Attendance at local, national (and occasionally international) courses and congress.
Your qualifications:
- Experience in selling, ideally within the orthopaedic market.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets with a focus on return on investment.
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of the NHS environment and private sector, orthopaedic market.
- Good level of IT literacy.
- Excellent communication skills, including strong presentation skills to individuals and groups.
- Interpreting and analysing account data with a focus on return on investment.
- A positive, enthusiastic, results-driven and self-motivated individual.
