This is a full-time, remote role for a Multimedia Production Executive. The role involves managing production workflows, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality output of educational multimedia materials. You will oversee production planning, handle production management tasks, and maintain stringent quality control standards. Effective communication and timely delivery are essential to support the creation of industry-leading independent medical education content.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Production Planning and Production Management to coordinate multimedia projects effectively
  • Strong Communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders seamlessly
  • Experience in Quality Control to ensure content meets the highest standards
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment
  • Familiar with common technology products such as Riverside, iMovie, elevenlabs, G-suite, Canva, Zoom
  • Comfortable using artificial intelligence in the form of Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude
  • Comfortable recording video call content with an international cohort of speakers (if you speak multiple languages it is a plus but not an absolute requirement)
