Medacs Healthcare are seeking experienced Band 6/7 Occupational Therapists to join the service at Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust, at either Chelsea and Westminster Hospital or West Middlesex Hospital.

There are opportunities within the specialists of:

  • Neuro / Stroke team
  • Orthopaedics
  • Front door ED and acute care (assessment units)
  • Medical rehab

This is an opportunity to deliver high-quality, personalised care in a prestigious leading NHS Trust. You will work alongside the dedicated therapy team including Physiotherapists and Therapy assistants and receive support from the wider specialist therapy teams.

The role demands autonomy, clinical confidence, and sound decision-making. We are looking for a clinician passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences and committed to supporting good care. Experience in the chosen speciality is required.

The role will require strong discharge planning skills, the ability to work autonomously under pressure, and manage complex rehab of patients. You should demonstrate sound clinical reasoning, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to multidisciplinary collaboration. Essential Qualifications

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist with:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current HCPC Registration
  • Evidence of ongoing CPD Registration
  • Evidence of continuous and current professional and academic development including attendance at post-graduate courses relevant to the clinical field
  • Experience of acute care plus Discharge planning
  • Experience in chosen speciality
