Contract Type: Locum
Details: Start ASAP. Mon-Fri, full or part time available. This would be predominantly ward cover, covering inpatients.
Regarding areas of oncology, we would be interested in all or any tumour sites (previous Consultant is a general oncologist and covers all tumour sites) but the agency worker would need to have experience of starting SACT/ reviewing patients at all stages of treatment and liaising with the tertiary centre for any escalation.
We would also be interested in any general medicine consultant who has had experience of the above or who had experience of liaising with tertiary centres for advice.

About the Role
As a locum Consultant in Oncology, you'll provide expert care and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree
- Full GMC registration with a licence to practise
- A current Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check or PVG check - or a willingness to undergo one as part of the registration process
- UK Right to Work
- Strong communication and teamworking skills
Desirable:
- CCT in Oncology (or within 6 months of achieving it)
