Our client, a fast-growing distributor of medical devices is looking for an experienced Territory Manager to take over a mature territory in the North West of England. They are looking for an established sales professional with significant orthopaedics experience, preferably within trauma, extremities or biologics.
Ideally, you will already be working as a Territory Manager, but candidates with a strong, relevant clinical background will also be considered. This is a well-developed territory requiring a balance of key account management and new business development and you should be able to demonstrate a solid track record of exceeding targets.
You should also feel comfortable delivering high-level product demos and formal training sessions to scrubs teams and nurses. A full UK driving licence is essential. Manchester would be an ideal base, but anywhere within the North West would work.
The package on offer is competitive, with an uncapped OTE (c£25k) and this is the perfect opportunity if you're looking to swap the bureaucracy of a larger organisation for the agility of a smaller business, where decisions can be taken quickly and where your input is truly valued.
